UPCOMING EVENTS

  • Saturday, October 29th, is Trick or Treat Main Street in Rigby from 4-6 PM. Tadd Jenkins Chevrolet Trunk or Treat is Monday, October 31st from 4-6 PM. We sent an engine to both of these last year, so let the office know if you’d like to help out this year.
  • Leadership meeting November 7th
  • District Christmas party December 8th

ANNOUNCEMENTS

  • Congratulations to Kurt Sunada (station 3) and his wife on the birth of their son Everett on September 14!
  • Good job to everyone who responded to the SECOND wildland fire on the Ririe bench last month! You guys made sure there was no chance of it becoming another Henry’s Creek fire. Who would have thought we’d have not one but TWO big fires up there this year. -170
  • Big thanks to Jeanette Anderson for all the work she put in to the mass casualty drill, even though the weather was not cooperative and the drill has been postponed until spring.
  • With the end of the year approaching, please take a minute and check your information on the directory. Come tax time you’ll want to make sure your address is correct! Let Lisa know if any changes need to be made.
  • A big WELCOME to new hires Nick Terry (Ririe), Brandon Blackmon (Ririe), Julie Edwards (Rigby) and Derick Duncan (Lewisville).
