CENTRAL FIRE DISTRICT NEWSLETTER

UPCOMING EVENTS

  • The office will be closed Monday, February 15th for Presidents Day.
  • Saturday, April 2nd will be the EIRMC/Air Methods EMS Conference at EITC. This is always a great conference and a good way to pick up 7 CEU’s. More details to come.
  • Thursday, April 7th will be the next district EMS drill with Idaho Falls ambulance. It will be on ambulance equipment and IV set ups. Everyone will have the opportunity to set up an IV.
  • Fire School is earlier this year. It will be April 15th-17th at EITC. We’ll let you know when registration is open.

ANNOUNCEMENTS

  • Thanks to everyone who attended the district EMS drill this month. It’s a great opportunity to learn from the Idaho Falls paramedics and help us work better with them. They will be teaching all of our district drills this year. –Jeanette
  • GOOD LUCK to Dominique Isaacson, Shelby Robertson and Steven Holm!! They started the EMT class last month. We look forward to putting their skills to work.
  • Please remember to turn off the master switch in the trucks when you get back from a call. There have been a lot of dead batteries lately! Also don’t forget to unplug the truck before you leave the station. *wink*
