Preslee Sullenger, a 1 ½ year old toddler, was involved in a near drowning accident on Friday July 9, 2010 in an irrigation canal in Rigby, Idaho. The Central Fire District responded with firefighter/EMT’s to this medical emergency and would now like to volunteer additional time and resources to help the Sullenger family. Preslee is currently listed in critical condition at Primary Children's Hospital in Salt Lake City. All proceeds from the hamburger and chili-dog benefit will be donated to the Sullenger family to help cover medical expenses. The Central Fire District firefighters will also be collecting general donations for Preslee at Ririe Days.
